    Property in a divorce
Before we were married my Mother paid cash for a home in Florida. Like a fool I talked my Mother into putting my future wife's name on the deed even though she contributed nothing. This was done before we got married. My wife was sick for almost the whole time since we were married. She didn't work and I covered all the bills. Now that she is better she wants a divorce and won't even talk to me. Do I have any chance of retaining the house without buying her out. My wife, myself, and my Mother are all on the deed.

You can explain the circumstances to the judge. It may or may not have any bearing but you can at least try.
