How can I loss weight fast
How can I lose 10-20 pounds fast?

It's not adviseable to loss weight fast because it will destroy your system. However, it is better to eat less carbohydrates, control your intake and do a lot of exercise to burn your calories. Self descipline is the best.

I agree with the above answer. But, I would like to add that it depends on what you mean by "fast."
I have personally lost over 20 pounds in a period of about a month-and-a-half. But, I felt horrible. I did this by exercising and not eating anything over 4 grams of fat. I was very strict with myself, probably too strict.
During the past couple of years, I lost about 70 pounds doing the same type of regimen. But, without being so hard on myself. I feel great!
It just takes time to lose it just as it did to gain it.

Yes. Raw food diet.
Depending on how quick you need to lose weight, a green juice fast is helpful as well.

I'm sorry for not replying sooner! I just now noticed your post. I ate a normal, healthy amount of food. There just was hardly any fat content in it. I love to cook and eat Chinese food. So, eating food with very little fat content was not a problem for me.
