    Ceiling fan speed issue
I have a 3 speed ceiling fan with a pull chain and it is operated by 2 wall switches. I can only get it to operate at the slowest speed even when I try pulling the chain to change speeds. When I pull for what should be the medium or fast speed, it stops. Any ideas? Thanks

Switch or capacitor, most likely, windings less likely.
