    Replacing neo angle shower base
I am replaceing a neo angle shower base in my basement. How does the base/shower drain come off the pipe? Is the drain cemented/glued to the pipe? If so, how would I cut it? Could it possibly be some sort of compression nut?

    Thank you!

Well first of all the shower trap raiser/stub-up has to come up directly under the drain hole in the base. You then assemble the drain, (your choice of "O" ring compression or glue on,) to the base and then set the base and drain over the stub-up. Since you can't get under the base a "O"ring compression drain night be best for your installation. Cheers, Tom
