Hi, I have had a house (newly built) for 2 years. In my kitchen, one side of the outlets no longer work. We did the shut off in the garage and turned it back on and it worked. Now 5 months later same outlets won't work and turn off and on doesn't make it work. My son reset the circuit breaker...
