Since you had a possible line when you tested on the 14th, test again in another day or two if you still feel the bleeding is not like a normal period for you. If you are pregnant, the test result should be darker since hcg level should be higher. Be sure to read the result in the time frame stated on the test for an accurate reading.
You can have bleeding in early pregnancy for a number of reasons, sometimes due to an early loss, often not, but you'll need to confirm whether you are indeed pregnant.
It's possible that the spotting you had on the 4th was due to ovulation, or perhaps cervical irritation, and this is just a late period.
