My Hamptom Bay ceiling fans (3 of them, to the same model) remotes turn the lights to the other fans on/off. Is this a remote programming issue? If so, can it be fixed?
Fan & lights all worked by remote for several years. Out of the blue the motor speed will no longer change. Fan is stuck in low. Lights work fine & fan will cut off & on by remote. Just can't get medium or high speed to work
