Hampton Bay ceiling fan light not working
I have a Hampton Bay Midili 44" ceiling fan with a remote. The other day the light went out (the fan still works) and now, when I turn the light switch on the light flashes once for a split second, goes off and stays off. Is there a fix or do I need a new fan?

We had 2 identical Hampton Bay ceiling fan with 4 lamp lights installed in our rental property. Both only have 2 of the 4 lights working. One of them had all 4 lights working for a couple months, but then 2 quit. The other has only had 2 of the 4 working since it was installed. The fan works...
I very recently changed the light on my Hampton Bay Windward 54 inch ceiling fan and the light worked for about a week or two and then the light no longuer works. The fan itself has power and works but not the light.
Both my ceiling fan and lights are working however when you pull the switch to turn off the light it throws a breaker! My husband has checked the wiring and all seems to be correct. Any soulutions?
