Hi
My name is Eran from Toronto Canada
My English is not so well ,but I will try to be clear .
2 month ago I got a new job as maintenance coordinator
At a retirement home complex .I have a very basic knowledge in hvac And plumbing ,
In the complex we have 6 floors and about 200 suits .
Each suit have his own hot water furnace
( furnace work by hot water coming in to a coil with a blower )
Our problem is that we have 3 or 4 suits that r hot with out the furnace working
Even if I turn the switch completely off .
I do not know why is hot in the suit and don't know what makes the suits feel hot .
I checked the furnace and when is off there is not heat coming from it .


I need some advise

If you can access the coils, or pipes going into & out of the blower unit, feel them to see if they are hot. There may be a zone valve sticking open.
