Hot water in downstairs shower works only when upstairs shower is on?
Hot water in my downstairs shower does not work when upstairs shower (hot water) is on. I have two water heaters in my garage, Hot water runs fine both up and downstairs but not at the same time.

The title of your post says that the downstairs shower has hot water only when the upstairs shower is in use. In your post you said that the downstairs does not not work when the upstairs shower is in use. Which is it? |

The hot water does not work in any of my three bath tubs. It will start hot (130 degrees) but within 3 minutes the temperature is down to 70 degrees. The showers work that are connected to the bathtub, and all taps in the house have constant hot water. What could my issue be?
