I bought a car from a co worker we signed a sales agreement that runs 48 months 0 interest, i made a partial payment early, the car was having a overheating issue so she gets her ex husband to fix the car, she then proceeds to sell the car to him. Do i have a right to go and get the car back or can i report the car as stolen

Did you register the car in your name? If not, you can't report it as stolen, but you can sue for your money back.

You made a partial payment early but are you up to date with all payments now? Is the title in your name?

Was there a sales agreement, as to price, and other details ?

Was the title signed over to you ? ( on car sales, the sale is not final and complete till the actual title is signed over)

You can sue for any and all money you paid to be returned. You may, depending on state law, sue for any additional cost that a similar car may cost.
