    Cancel a used car sale within 72 hours
    :confused: can a used car purchase be canceled withen 72 hours?:(

    First, you need to learn to read the fine print. For example. The Introductions forum (where you originally posted this) is clearly marked that its ONLY for intriducing yourself and shouldn't be used for asking questions. Hence your question being moved.

    Did you sign a contract? Did you read that contract? The 72 hour right of recission applies to credit transactions. It's a federal law. However, many areas have extended that right to other types of contractual purchases. So it would be listed in your contract.
