It has a 45662 control ignition board.
At start up calling for heat the led flashed 2 times (System lockout failed to detect flame or sustain flame.) After about 20 seconds the draft motor comes on, Still flashing 2 times The rollout and limit switches are OK Pressure switch is OK. OK, thought it might be flame sensor, didn't help when replaced. Changed control board, still fails with continues 2 flashes Help Vern |

Our Trane Gaspack unit is only 7 years old. The unit is on heat and thermostat set to desired setting but it is not coming on it is 58 degrees in my house right now, but tonight might be a different story.
When I turn up the stat the inducer blower comes on,the ignighter glows and I think I can here a click from the gas valve.but that is it.It is about 10 years old.It did this last year and I went out and tapped on the gas pipe a couple of times and had no more trouble all last winter.

The error code said processor detected error in software or hardware. It has a code for flame sensor.
