    Want to sue ex wife
    I want to sue my ex wife for emotional abuse that caused me to lose my job. And telling me to go ahead,and kill myself I won't stop you. I also ended up in the hospital due to her actions. I would not of been there if she didn't constantly tell me to kill myself which lead to me losing my job. That was in January 2013 I just recently found a job. I really believe she needs to pay me for my lost wages while being out of work for 7 months_

    Please don't waste your money if the divorce is over. You are responsible for your own actions. You were free to walk away.

    Sorry, but the likelihood of you winning such a case, is slim and none. By all means, try to find an attorney to handle this.

    I am sure you can find an attorney if you are willing to pay one 10,000 or more to represent you in the case, I do doubt there is any chance of winning.

    You were free to divorce her or leave her any time she was saying these things. You chose to stay and listen to her.
