    You are still married?

I always thought in matters like this the debt is considered to be both of yours... how did she rack up $1800 was it all in one month?

The phone bill is for 1 month International calls. Our verbal agreement was she wasn't to use this phone for International calls and that she is responsible for her phone calls. Problem is I have the phone bills for this phone automaticallt paid thu my checking accout.

Well if you sue her for the bill, won't you essentially end up paying yourself for the bill?

How do you differentiate your funds?

Who is she speaking to Internationally?

I don't know if you would have any leverage as it would be a bill that technically you each owe half on.

What does she say about it and what is the normal arrangement for paying bills? Does she put some money every month into your account (the account the bills are paid from)?

If so why does she not want to pay this bill? Does she dispute the charges?
