I want to sue my ex wife for emotional abuse that caused me to lose my job. And telling me to go ahead,and kill myself I won't stop you. I also ended up in the hospital due to her actions. I would not of been there if she didn't constantly tell me to kill myself which lead to me losing my job. That was in January 2013 I just recently found a job. I really believe she needs to pay me for my lost wages while being out of work for 7 months_

You were free to divorce her or leave her any time she was saying these things. You chose to stay and listen to her.
