    Who to talk to about broken mason jar
    Was making salsa and one of your jars busted on the bottom and I had to get rid of salsa, need to know if you need broken jar. Sue

    Not one of our mason jars, we are a Q&A site. You need to contact the manufacturer of the jar.

    Often when you call the manufacturer and explain they are usually willing to compensate you without any proof. Often giving the serial number or UPC is enough.
