If I lose a civil court case, are my IRAs and pension and social security checks awarded to the winner?

Nothing is "awarded" to the winner. The winner gets a judgment for a specific amount. The winner then has to collect. They can do so by finding assets of the loser and ask the court to issue a writ of execution to attach the asset,

And pensions would depend on, for one thing, who makes the pension payments. Government agencies: probably not.

Pensions are also often exempt from execution by state law.
