    The dual capacitor is linking some tiype of liquid
    Hey guys my ac is blowing hot air on cooling. I check outside and the compressor is not working , then I check the dual capacitor and is liking fluids. I think that the capacitor is bad. What do you think?

    Assuming you really mean leaking and not liking, I think you are spot on.
