    Where is the receiver box on my Harbor Breeze model 40094 ceiling fan?
    Where is the Receiver box on the Harbor Breeze 52" Merrimack Ceiling Fan, so that we can change the dip switches and be able to operate them individually. Thanks!

    Everyone I have seen is located under the ceiling mount cover. Yours may be different but all of mine, 3 different fans, are under the top ceiling mount cover. If it is a close mount fan, you will probably have to remove the blades, drop the cover and re-install the blades.

    Figured this one out. There is no DIP switch it is automatic. See page 20 of manual. It is a little confusing though. Change the dip switch in the remote to what you want. Turn the fan off at the wall switch for about a minute. Turn it back on then within 30 seconds press both the fan off button and light button on the remote at same time for at least 5 seconds. When the fan and remote are programed together the fan light will blink. Real easy once done! Good luck...

Fan will not rotate with blades attached, take blades off and fan rotates good in all 3 speeds. Even if I turn by hand then turn on, blades will not turn. Everything else works, lights, remote and pull switch. Blade motor sounds and runs greart without blades, HELP
