    If I have a class 4 felony can I have it removed and can I also receive government as
    I have a class 4 felony I had in 2005 . Can I get it removed? It is for deceptive practice. Writing bad checks. I have read that is expungable and I have also read that it is not. Anyone know for sure? Also want to know if its still a possibility if I receive government assistance like medical, public aid and housing?

    You apply to your state. They may have a form on their website (your state.gov) for 'expunge' or 'pardon.' Only they can tell you if you will get it or not after you apply.

    Yes, you can apply for housing etc assistance.
