    More info needed to even start to tell you how to proceed

    Where did it happen,
    When did it happen, how many years since you have been off probation or out of jail?
    Has all of the fines, all of the money to pay back the victim been paid ?
    Has there any any additional crimes since then, even minor ones ?

    Apply for a pardon or at least an expungement. It's probably going to take a lawyer.
