    Does metal stopcock earthing need relocating when replaced by new plastic stopcock
    I have just had metal stopcock replaced by a plastic stopcock and the earthing wire has not been relocated , just left unattached

    Attaching to plastic won't help. Need to find the nearest copper or steel water line and attach to that.
