I gave my bankruptcy lawyer a list of credit cards to file under bankruptcy. I was discharged 4 years ago. I got a credit report last week and 1of credit card is still on my report. And than I call that credit to very fine and try to tell them I was bankruptcy long time ago, why they still show on my credit report. They say. Call your bankruptcy lawyer. He has the list. You might also ask him why he left off the one that's causing you problems. It should have been HIS responsibility to get it off back then.

You can also go to the bankruptcy court, and look at the file. You can make copies of anything you find.

However, it appears that your lawyer made a mistake. That's where you should be concentrating. You paid him good money to represent you, didn't you? Then you have a right to expect that he did his job.

If, after you call him, he doesn't respond to you, tell me. I'll tell you how to get his attention.
