    Song list
I'm trying to put together an end of the school year slide show and need some help with song ideas to play in it. I'm looking for recent songs that would be fun and also one to signify the end of the year or to say good-bye. This is for 4th graders, not high school, but not babies. Any ideas?

Well because it's fourth graders, your going to be looking for recent pop music, you might want to check out trl's top ten, or the billboard charts, Ill recommend a few though( just want to note that I don't listen to popular music, so if I made a mistake, or someone doesn't agree, I won't care because I listen to metal  )
    1. Sos-Rihanna
    2. Unwritten-Natasha Bedingfield
I wish I could give you more, but all I am doing is just looking at the billboard charts, I am really out of touch with what fourth graders listen to, I'm a junior in high school, but if you're a teacher my best advice to find out what they listen to is just ask them, they're pretty honest at that age, if you need more help just post again. Peace.

My god - you have not heard any of them? They are all new and up to date - it could be because I from the Uk - but they are all great tunes and would work brilliantly with your plans. And no worries - if you need more assistance you no where to find me.

Wizzkid89 - you certainly do learn something new everyday!

In hindsight I guess I should have realized that your name started with 'dj' but that really never clicked until now, and I am not trying to stress my musical prowress but I know a lot, a lot , a lot of songs and I never heard of the ones you recommended so I would definitely agree that it's because you live in england, it's cool that you live in england though and your sharing your music with americans, because in most cases the musical revelations start in england then they cross the ocean and get to us so I am going to download the ones your recommended. Peace.

I am glad to be able to bring a british culture to you all?

    However:

Sunblock - I'll be ready, was the theme tune to Baywatch, which is American? Lol

No - I don't think many people did watch Baywatch for the theme song - however being a Music lover, I always notice these things lol
