Call your bankruptcy lawyer. He has the list. You might also ask him why he left off the one that's causing you problems. It should have been HIS responsibility to get it off back then.

You can also go to the bankruptcy court, and look at the file. You can make copies of anything you find.

However, it appears that your lawyer made a mistake. That's where you should be concentrating. You paid him good money to represent you, didn't you? Then you have a right to expect that he did his job.
