Hey guys, well I am a varsity cheerleader but I can't do a slit. As I try to go down it hurts really bad. My thigh and calf muscles are tight. Also since I can do a split I can't so a heel stretch and I am a flyer. P.s stunting practices starts in a week 0.o and I have to be able to do this....

I'm not flexible at all! It doesn't help because I want to take yoga and Pilates classes so I wonder what are some good exercises for me to achieve flexibility? Please help!

I am not on a sr level 4 team, and I the coaches haven't made the routines yet, so I have about a month to get perfect stretches if I'm going to be a flyer.
