    Increasing flexibility!
    Hi there,

I'm currently in my first week of yoga and am having a little trouble achieving certain poses. For example, when I try to touch my toes, I can only comfortably reach my shins. It's been like that since I was little.

I realize that I'm still new to this and increasing flexibility will probably take some time, but I was wondering if there was anything I could do to speed the process along?

By the way, in case you're wondering, I'm still going to continue with yoga. It's a lot of fun!

The only way to become more flexible in certain moves is to continue to practice those moves. There is no easy way around it.
