So my boyfriend and I I'm not having sex because he has hpv and he gave a bacteria which I'm taking medicine. Don't you masturbate ? Most people do, is it not better he is honest and open about it.

And yes if you can't for medical reasons have sex, there is not a "problem" there is just a reason why you can't right now.

So yes it is perfectly correct for both of you to masturbate to release sexual tension if you want to.
