    How to check if someone is on probation?
    Is there any free way of checking if someone is on probation in the state of AZ or if there is a number I could call to find out or website. It would really help my case . If someone could give me a good answering you would really be my hero. Thank you for you time reading and any comments would help . Have a great day or night .

    Records are kept by county, and whether they are publicly available or not depends on the county too, as does the type of background information you need to find out. You might need the person's full name, birth date, and court case number. On the other hand, people on probation can apply to have their record of probation expunged, and you may find nothing.

    Normally no there is not a record. In court ( you said you have a case) if this is actually related to the case, you require that information be provided in court.
