    Does first time offender show on a background check in ga if your still on probation
    I am currently under the first offender act and still on probation in the state of Georgia will this show on a background check?

    Yes, the record is not "sealed" till after you complete all the terms of the probation.

    Also it is always visible to the police and national security background searches.2
