    Urinary problem
I've been having sex for awhile now here frequently for the past month almost every day.
But for the past week the end of my shaft, right behind the head of my penis hurts when I squeeze it with the tip of my index and thumb finger. Some burning urination problems when I pee after ejaculation. I thought there would be complications with the tube my sperm goes through or the vein. I would really appreciate the help.

Sounds like either an infection or a STD.

But what if she's clean? Is there any possibility of a serious STD? Because we use condoms 99% of the time.

    Breast Problem
My girlfriend is having some complications with her left breast (left only). When she or I barely even touch, brush up against it, lightly feel it she cries because there is a severe pain followed right after. It has a yellowish- white discharge from the nipple, there's some swelling compared to the right breast. She says she feels as if there is a knot right above her nipple.
    What could this possibly be?

It could be something as simple as mastitis (inflammation of the mammary glands) or something as serious a breast cancer. I had breast cancer and mine was very similar.

She needs to seek immediate medical care.

What if she's only 14? Would that help her situation since she's younger?

It would have been nice to have all of the information in the beginning, but no, that doesn't change my advice.

She needs to seek immediate medical attention.

Well how immediate? Because the medical center here is closed on weekends for appointments. Is it serious enough she should be going to the emergency at this moment?
    And thank you. :)

Has she shown this to her mother? Her mother is the one that needs to be aware of this.

I wouldn't suggest an ER though.

Yeah, she was the first person aware of it. But her mother was also concerned that it was mastitis, but still unsure.
Should she schedule an appointment ASAP?

    Undescribable
I've been having stomach problems for a little over a Month, but recently it hurts in the morning and after I eat. My back hurts also. But my stomach throbs like its in pain but it only hurts a little bit and I find it hard to breathe. I haven't been throwing up and there is no blood in my stool, it's a light brown color though.
Can anyone tell me what this is or a symptom of?. I'm terrified.

There are many possibilities for the symptoms you describe, none of them can be diagnosed without seeing a doctor.

    See your doctor about this.

    Head problem
I was wondering, there's this odd dime to nickel sized bump or knot right behind my ear, a quarter away from my earlobe. It's hard and when you touch it, it hurts. I'm not sure if it's a swollen lymph node or sinus problems, Zyrtec seemed to help when I had sinus a fed days ago and then all of a sudden this happened. I've had the bump there for awhile, but over time and with the sinus it got bigger. Can anyone tell me what it is because I definitely have no clue? Should I be worried about this? There is not one on my opposite side.

    Unexplainable
Tonight I was laying down, I started sweating and a little throbbing in my body and then I couldn't breathe all of the sudden so I jumped out of bed and tried to breathe and it was hard to. My heart started beating really fast and it felt kind of blurry. Can anyone please tell me a description of there conclusion or theory of something you think I might have? Or am I over reacting? I'm a little terrified.

After reading all the threads you've posted on this site, I have a possible diagnosis, hypochondria. You seem to have a lot of medical issues, or medical fears, one after the other. Have you consulted a psychiatrist about this obsession you have with medical problems? Have you seen a doctor about any of the issues you've posted on this site?
