    Weird Unexplainable Dreams


    Well first off I have been having weird dreams a lot lately about me and my boyfriend of almost 4 months breaking up... Our relationship is fine we never argue or anything we get along great... but lately at least once a night for the past month I have been having dreams about us breaking up and I tell him about it but he tells me its OK and that won't happen... but I don't know why I could be having these dreams I guess you could call them nightmares... but its so weird and unexplainable

    Well usually he breaks up with me but the recent dream I had I broke up with him... and nothing happens it just pops out as him breaking up with me for no reason and then I try to get him back and its just so weird... the same things happens he breaks up with me and I try to get him back.. but in my recent dream I broke up with him and tried to get him back.. it kind of devastated me and I don't know why I could have these dreams... all I know is that they continue on and on like every so many nights it doesn't have to be one night after the next like if I have a dream he breaks up with me in continues on and on but I never realyy know what happens after that all I know is that we end up breaking up and then I usually wake up




    And the second thing is I have these dreams that are continuous and they always lead on like they alll happen at the same places and I have never seen these places or heard of them and some of the people I have not seen or heard of... and they don't just happen like onece every night I could have had a dream last month and then I would have either the same dream or a continuation of that dream but that has nothing to do with my first paragraph... Is there someone who could give me advice or at least tell me why this has been happening??

    In your dream of breaking up how does it happen? What else happens? Does he break up with you or you with him?

    What things happen in the dream you have that is continuous?

    Do you live with him?
    Sometimes a nice comforting hug right before you go to sleep cures dreams like you are having.
    If you aren't living together then try and say goodnight over the phone or something.

    Try and notice your interactions each night that you have the dreams like are you feeling closer or not as close, is he giving you hugs and attention more or less.
    Maybe you could find a pattern from how the day with him was.

    Well he gives me lots of attention but we don't c each other that often he has football practice for 6 hours so we can only hang out like 2 days a week and we don't live together were only 16 and ifeel like were not as close sometimes but when I'm with him ifeel closer to him and we always text each other good night ily or say it over the phone.. and I don't know why I would have these dreams we never argue or anything were always honest with each other and caring for one another and were always looking out for each other were like best friends except for the kissing and hugging and the saying ily to each other... and we've never argued or anything at all

    Maybe because I do sometimes feel like were going to break up even when nothing is going on for us to break up like its just a random feeling that I don't want to face

    So basically I could be having these dreams because I think I'm going to lose him and its worrying me so it somehow drifts into my dreams?

    Maybe I am just trying to come up with possibilities.

    Another could be that you feel like something is lacking in the relationship maybe just something like wanting to feel even closer to him than you are,
