    My grandmother
    My grandmother's house is in he mother's name who is deceased and left no will. How do we change the name on the deed?

    The house is in the grandmother's mother's name?

    You would file a petition in probate court to adjudicate her heirs and convey the property to those heirs.

    Is your grandmother still living?
