Hi all,
I am uday.
Its been around one year since I have proposed a girl. Although she is not so fair but she looks so beautiful to me.. I must say.She is my colleague.We both joined that company almost together.We work together. Gradually I fell in love with her. Somehow I controlled my feeling and did not let her know for few months. I made her alive in my thots. Day and night I was thinking about her. One day I could not controlled my feelings and told her. I callled her just for five minutes but she did not come with me to listen how much I love her. That day I almost broke down. I love her a lot.
Since then I have always try to forget her but I couldnot. Her thought is killling me day and night.At work place she sits just beside me.Being a professional we work together, we talk daily but only in official matter. This makes my feeling alive daily and I really cannot forget her. When she talks to another guy I feel like I'm dead. I feel very inferior to those guys with whom she hangs around.
I feel like I'm good for nothing.

Please suggest me how to tackle this situation. I have always tried to keep myself busy with work but whenevr I get chance I look at her silently. Its been one year now but I could not forget her.now also I am not able forget her. I cannot sleep. All my thoughts are preoccupied by her memories.I can sleep only for 2-3 hrs in night.This is my first love.

Please suggest me something so that I can forget her.I am not living a life.This thing has ruined my life.Plzzzzz help!!

I would suggest you to find a new company to work for ( I have no idea what you do , but if its possible do that). Or if its possible have a relocation or anything , just go away from that place. Bring some changes to your life style , make new friends go out and try to enjoy . And once you do for sometime try to sink in the feeling that you had a life before you met her and will have a life even after.
