Are you saying that you can't carry a baby to term, or that you need a c-section to deliver a baby?
More details are needed.

Now that's not the right attitude.
Look, we can't read minds. If you don't give us the information, we can't help you with your question.
Let me put it this way. What if someone came up to you and said "I can't drive". You then ask why and they say "Well, I can drive, but I can't". You ask them to clarify and they say "never mind".
If they had posted, "I can't drive because I keep failing my drivers test. What can I do to pass my drivers test", then you could have answered their question, right? Or you could at least give them the proper info to help them.

How many pregnancies have you had that you didn't carry to term? When was the longest gestation period? Have you talked to your doctor about this? Have you been referred to a specialist about this? How old are you?

You really need to talk to a doctor about this. There's a reason why you keep having miscarriage after miscarriage. We can't help you find that reason, only a doctor can.

I'm planning to but my appointments in January and I've been waiting a long time to find out. Do you have any ideas of what it could be? Possibilities or anything. Thanks

There are so many possibilities, some major, others minor. I could write you a book of possibilities.
I know that you're anxious, and you want to know what's going on, but it's impossible to tell you over the internet. What you need is testing, and a doctor that can examine you. That's really the only way you'll find out what's going on.
Is there any way to get an appointment sooner than January?

There are websites and links that can give you information about medical disorders that prevent a woman carrying a baby to term, but, until you know what's going on, they won't help you, in fact, they'll just scare you.
There is absolutely no website that can give you a diagnosis online. You can't get information about something when you don't know what you're looking up. Do you understand?

That's a good plan.
Please let me know how it goes. Until then, protect against pregnancy, you don't want another miscarriage before you know what's going on.
Don't assume the worst, it could be something that's easily fixed. :)
