Replace the Ignition Control Module (ICM) inside the distributor. Apply silicone heat transfer grease to the back of the new ICM. Replace the rotor and distributor cap, if they have not been changed in 60,000 miles. Problems with them (high resistance) often kill ICMs.

My car shuts off while driving . It is a honda accord 1998 lx. I scanned it and it gave me a code of map sensor. If I replace the map sensor will that fix the problem or is there any thing else to it.
