    Is the basement considered with the perimiter of the main foundation of a home
    We have a leak of a sewer pipe in an interior wall in the basement. The home warranty says it must be within the perimeter of the main foundation of the house. Is a finished basement considered within the perimeter of the main foundation of the house?

    Yes, even if it's unfinished basement.
