A Penny Short Harry Herman Roseland age of print and if any value.
I have a print or litho of A penny short by Harry Roseland I brought at an estate sale it is a very old print where as it will tear very easily if not handle correctly , the frame seems to be an old frame and I pulled the paper off back to see if there was any writing on it there is none. The size is 23" X 14 , I would like to know is there any value to his prints. Thank you
