    Bankruptcy
    Last work 2/09 now receive ssd trying hard to get these credit cards down unable now find myself in over my head trying to keep up with these payments.tried not to file for bankruptcy but I see no other way out.

    Well you can just not pay them, ignore them, and wait to see if they will sue you or not.

    Bankruptcy is happening to many people during these times.

    If you can't afford to keep the payments up you either borrow money from someone, stop paying and see what happens, or file for bankruptcy.

    I don't understand why this would be a question that needs to be asked. There are really only three options, and they're fairly obvious.

    I do wish you the best of luck. Sadly these are the times we're living in. You're not the only one struggling, not by far.
