    How can a teen girl lose weight fast?
    I'm 14, almost 15 and school is starting again in two months. I'm 5 foot 6 inches and 166 lbs. I over eat and eat when I'm bored & stressed. HELP!!

    Stop over eating and eating when you're bored and stressed. Eat 6 small healthy meals a day (doctors have determined that that's better for your health and your weight). Start exercising daily.

    Before you do any of this talk to your doctor.

    But, know that there's no fast way to lose weight. It took you years to get to 166, it won't come off overnight, not if you want to be healthy.
