    How can I lose weight fast?
    I Am 19 And I Am 5'6 And Weigh 195 I Am Over Weight And Very Uncomfortable I Gained 20lbs. In 6 Months Its Crazy I Tried Losind Weight A lot But Nothing Ever Works?does Any Body Have Any Ideas?

    You could try weightwatchers... I think your points allowance would be 22-27 a day, + another 35 to use during the week. You figure out your points by taking (calories/50)+(fat grams/12)-(dietary fiber/5) in everything you eat. This is just one thing to try, as with any diet, it works for some people and doesn't for others.

    If you eat just to eat and not because you're hungry, instead of kicking yourself every time you eat anything just because you're bored, instead let yourself eat when you want, but eat fruits for snacks, and don't keep junk food in the house. Have a healthy dinner, like grilled chicken, etc, and then if you are still hungry snack on an apple, kiwi, strawberry, etc. If you're into smoothies, toss some strawberries in a blender with ice, kiwi, and/or some fat free frozen yogurt and blend it. If you just like to chew things, invest in sugar free gum.

    Also, if you the kind of person who doesn't do well unless everything is planned, sit down on Sunday and plan what you're going to eat during the week and buy everything at once at the grocery store. Allow yourself "free days" where you can eat whetever you want guilt free, but make them few and far between, like on holidays (christmas, thanksgiving, valentines day (so you can go to a nice restaurant and not count calories), st pattys day (so you can drink it up without feeling bad), and your birthday.

    Exercise, obviously, and do so at least 3 times a week, even if it's just taking the dog for a stroll, situps/crunches during commercials, or put the dishes up one at a time so you have to walk across the kitchen thirty times. If you are/once you get more inshape, start jogging, go to the gym, treadmills and ellipticals work well. Increase situps, do pushups/pullups. You know the things that are healthy and the things that aren't. Choose the right things more than the wrong things, and each week increase your ratio of good to bad. Eventually you will lose the weith you want to lose. If you do these things and still get no result, go to the doctor, because there may be something wrong with your glands, etc. But whether you lose the weight or not, you will still be healthier.     you can also lose weight by eating better foods that will help you lose weight.
    For example 10 foods that ca help you lose weight are:
    1.Cucumber
    2.Grapefruit
    3.Lentils
    4.Oats
    5.Foods With Shells
    6.Apples
    7.Eggs
    8.Almonds
    9.Dark Chocolate
    10.Vegatble Soups (which make you fuller, without having alot)

    Also drink lots of water and exercise properly.. I suggest swimming because its much easier to work out in water than out of water..

    Any fruits or vegetables, unprocessed foods, cut out the junk food, sugary coffee drinks, soda. Drink lots of water and exercise regularly.
