    Is my cat in labor?
She wants me to pet her a lot but when I go to pet her, she gets up and moves away. She's sleeping a lot but can't sleep on her side like normal, she has to sleep with her paws under her an she just can't seem to get comfortable. I need to know if this is signs of labor?

I doubt we have a vet-psychics on the site. So I'd visit a regular vet for that :)

I know this is said a lot but I don't have the money for a vet. If I did I would be sure to take her. But I'm trying to make her comfortable and she just can't get comfortable any way she lies. She's not meowing a lot but her stomach moves a lot like she's pushing but she doesn't.

Do you know how long she has been pregnant?

Has she been roaming around, looking for a dark, quiet place to have her kittens?

She has been pregnant for a while. But I don't know if she has been looking around because I go to school and when I get home she follows me everywhere.

Cat labor [ 2 Answers ]

I'm pretty sure that my cat is about to pop. Her belly is huge and she can barely walk without laying down. I know that when labor starts cats lose their appetite. However my cat is still eating and even more than normal. Could she still go into labor if she still has an appetite.
