Reasons for actions
I was sentence to 3 years probation 9 months drug conuseling 40 hr a week job or community service, 1500 dollar fine I was given perimission to live with my fiancé and transfer probation to santa cruz county they allowed me to work with him starting a landscape business,I completed everything that was required. I did community service and made payments when I could, no experience and mental social dissorders unabled me to find employment. Abandon and financial loss of all personal property,homeless and emotional break down. On march 16 was sexually assulted by a neighbor, that offered room and board in exchange for house keeping and light cooking. And was granted permission by probation officer. I called the police and was taken to a rape crisis center, were evidence of opi, meth,etc, when reported to probation officer, no support was provided. Resulting in a mental break down. The events that have accured we not in my control, My soberiety is very sacried to me and everything that I have accomplished will not be taken from me because of someone else's malisis entent, I have since moved to Phoenix and live in a safe drug free environment, I have enrolled into a woman's support group, found employment and in the process of buying a car, to secure reliable transportation for legal and all personal responsibilties.Do I need to seek legal help for a possible probation violation?
