    Change name on deed
    My son has recently passed away. He purchased his home in his name and later married. His wife needs to know how to change the name on the deed into her name.

    She needs to file an application with the probate court. Depends on the particuar law for whichever state she is in, but in general she will inherit some or all of his estate.
