How to get ready for a relationship
Hi, I was just reading some of your posts on '' does ignoring the guy that likes you make them like you more ?" and i notice that to one of the girls somebody said that she wasnt ready for a relationship and that she seemed needy ..and i guess im that way too i just started a new job and theres this dude there that ignore me sometimes but talks to me other times he said its because hes tired and im not completely oblivious to not understand that its just the job is boring enough and sometimes he seems to comes off wrong and so when he ignores me i return the favor but not to try to be mean but to let him know " uhm hey I don't like how you talk to me '' and I tell him how he acts but its like he don't get it and today before I left work I tried talking to him again and he just brushed me off so my question isn't how to get him to like me cause obviously he isn't worth the time I just want to know how to ignore him cause my job is boring and plus I'm very interactive sometimes and it can get the best of me and most of the time I work alone which I hate I'm and only child and I have no friends because of a personal choice I feel like nobodys has stepped up for me when I need them most I just want some advice on how to left up myself esteem some and focus myself on maturing some more for so I can be ready for a relationship I realize some things can happen in a relationship that nobody can actually get you ready for and all the tips in the world can be given to you but the guy can seem cool at first then switch up I think I just want tips on just how to chill out and not worry about guys so much thank you

Do you have a hobby, something you enjoy doing outside of work?
I think that would help yourself esteem. Do something you enjoy.
