    I am such a jealous girlfriend help!
    I love my boyfriend, however my jealousy us ruining everything we have. I hate when he has girls on Facebook as friends that are good looking, and I say that they are ugly (even if I know they aren't). I then won't speak to him and call him the most horrible names! Other things too like walking in a shopping center and a attractive girl walks past and I watch him to see if he looks at her and if he does I get so angry again. I can't even stand watching movies, music channels, TV programs which might have girls in it wearing half nothing, with their boobs in your face. It's so sickening and I could actually imagine myself getting violent.

    I don't know if I'm insecure or not.. but my boyfriend hasn't cheated on me or has even been in a long term relationship before with anyone else. I know that he loves me.. but I don't find it acceptable for him to even pay anyone else attention, because I'm his girlfriend and that is that!

    Before this relationship I didn't really get to attached to people to avoid disappointment or being let down, but now thatIi have grown very fond of my boyfriend and grew to love him, I've become a different person. I am even getting angry writing this help me pleaaaaaaaaaaaaase

    How are things at home? Were you ever majorly disappointed or felt left out by parents when you were growing up?

    I am a jealous person too with my man it has hurt the relationship on the past but I have learned to control it! My guy is with me for a reason when he checks out other females I jump in and tell him she's pretty and I will whisper something flirty or sexual that way he forgets what he was doing also you have to be more confident in yourself and let your personality shine

    Learn to think before you act or speak, until you have control over your impulse to act from anger and insecurity. In time it will be obvious to you why you are afraid of other females and need so much attention for yourself. Yes you are insecure, and that's a symptom of fear.

    How old are you? Is this your first relationship? If not, what were the others like? Is you father in your life?
