    Kenmore 300 series washing machine making horrible sound and not spinning
    My Kenmore 300 series washing machine is making a noise and will fill up and drain but the drum will not turn or agitate.

    You need to take it apart to see what has happened. Remove back (after unplugging it) and look inside. Most likely, your problem is with the motor and transmission.
