    How to wire an outlet from a light switch?
    I have an outlet contolled by a switch'

    I want to add an outlet by coming from the switch that will be hot at all times

    Can't tell from what you have told us so far. That switch could just be a switch loop which has no neutral near it. Open the switch box and tell us everything you see.
