    Bathtub fauscet was not put in with bathtub. Told to use the shower head
    Had bathroom remodeled. They put a bathtub in without a faucet. They told me that the new "thing" was to use the shower to fill the tub but there's not plug for the tub. So now we have a brand new bathtub and cannot take a bath.

    UNBELIEVABLE!! Make a strong complaint to the Building Department and tell them what you've told me. And they didn't even install a pop-up waste so you could fill the tub? This is one of the worst cases of total incompetence that I have ever seen in more the 50 years out in the field. What you need is a circus tent and a few wild animals since you already have the clowns.
    I think you have a good court case. Drag these idiots out in the light where everybody can see what kind of work they don't do. If it were me I'd sue hell out of those bastards. It just makes my blood boil to hear a complaint like yours. We try to give the very best service we can and plumbers like these just drag us down. Please keep me in the loop on this and if you need technical advise to make a complaint all you have to do is ask. Good luck and keep me informed. Tom
